Yummy . . . Homemade Baby Food

 Baby started eating at four months old. He was a heavier baby and with returning to work, along with him needing more solids, I wanted to make the first baby foods he ate. . .
While the ideal situation would be organic garden foods, that was just not within the budget.

Start off with introducing one food product at a time to check for allergies, tolernace or reactions. Potatoes, carrots, broccoli, peas, etc - are all great starter foods to introduce to baby.
Change up the foods every three or more days.
We started with packaged baby carrots, boiling them until soft enough to blend in the Baby Bullet.
When several vegetables are introduced one at a time, feel free to start adding more than one vegetable at a table setting. Hearing that frozen was better than canned, I opted to find frozen foods that contained no extras that could harm baby - So packages that only contained the vegetables.
Frozen packages such as Birds Eye Broccoli (one vegetable) or California Blend (more than one) are great to add to your list of healthy homemade baby foods. I have also purchased vegetable medley and peas {though he didn't care for the peas at all}
